this is amazing, If I Can Dream, Take 1, what a great vocal for a first take. guitar is there but absent in the mix. Take 2 3:18 *2 canceled, as was 3, Take 4 @4:13 sprawling keyboard, sublime drumming...listen the guitar is down in the mix here but still great..5:55 guitar is amazing, not enough of it, just brilliant.listen to the early takes vocals of Elvis....one of his very best performances... backing vocals are down in Take 4 (which is actually Take 2,) and one at 7:30 Take 5 (actually Take 3) that is astounding ..."Let me do one more" Elvis sayeth...smooth vocal on this take, horns are up, sprawling keyboard is there, https://youtu.be/BQeNXc3BqME amazing guitar is lost, way down in the mix at 9:10, but Elvis voice from another realm, and the soul in this, few singers can be this real, compelling and determined. 11:18 Take 2 seems to be a different session 14:40 Take 3 Complete take 21:50 Royal Philharmonic added in 2014 tremendous 25:10 2019 re-recording with duets that ruin it....avoid the final track...unless you are curious
