Gravitating towards good people, moving on from toxic individuals... 4:45 pm 10/25/22 JV First off, I try to bless everyone, whether in my life or not, as a starting point. All have a brain with its infinite capabilities, we all just download certain amounts of data according to our life experience / genes / teachers inadvertent or so-titled.
Attempting to figure out why the "bad pennies" won't let go. Or why we attract that which we don't want ...in a certain and undeniable way - and why the "good pennies" just don't show up as easily as the negative forces. You can read all the self-help books you want, and perhaps they will give you ammo, but working a job where I had the most experience (and the most years at the company,) the sniping and the yelling and the downright rudeness came from what I call "the peanut gallery." It didn't help the business (it is floundering with the crazies now in control,) ....and you can be an Angel, as I was, but from day one a business associate said to me in the car "so and so, and so and so, are going to be problems." He's an attorney and he hit the nail on the head. Cronies that the inexperienced "manager" brought onboard did a lot of damage. Perhaps it comes down to a lack of funding, so they staff a company with lightweights who get envious of anyone with a clue and even more envious if you have experience they'll never be able to touch. Just some thoughts on how to deal with the snowballs and rocks that come our way when we are working to do something substantial.
