Medford City Council is up in arms over the Encore opening a concert hall. That's capitalism. Where were these voices when the Chevalier sat there collecting dust and Medford Electronics made it their personal playpen? What did Costas cost us? 3500 seat venue opens tomorrow night in Allston.
